This script enables players to use a Brake Cutting Tool to disable the brakes of a vehicle, making it impossible to brake until the vehicle is fully repaired.
Features:
Brake Disabling: When used, the Brake Cutting Tool disables a vehicle's braking system.
Repair Required: The vehicle will be unable to brake until it is fully repaired by a mechanic or via another repair method.
Players can now use the Brake Cutting Tool on a vehicle to disable its brakes.
